Beijing Kuntai Royal Hotel, Beijing

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were big and wonderfully comfortable with everything you'd want, and the beautiful bathroom made my day. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the room was even made up more than twice on some days. The only downside was the refusal to receive a courier package, which inconvenienced me during my stay.

I found the hotel to be modern, spacious, and clean despite some minor issues. The room had sufficient water pressure, but unfortunately, I couldn't adjust the temperature as there was no cooling in the building. It was crowded at times and slightly smoky, yet overall comfortable and pleasant.

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms, although facing an apartment building, had convenient features like a 'do not disturb' button. Unfortunately, due to a conference, I couldn't get a non-smoking room. On the bright side, the service left much to be desired, as the staff didn't speak English and even refused a courier package, disrupting our tour plans. The location is a double-edged sword - great proximity to landmarks but challenging without English-speaking staff. The dining options were acceptable, with some limitations, and the facilities provided a decent experience.
